Aloe

Care instructions: It is fine to leave cutting in water. Keep in a bright window or somewhere that get plenty of bright light. Be sure to check water level regularly and change water out if it start to look discolored.  Plant will grow larger when planted in soil.

     Potting in soil option:

Soil: use a well-draining cactus or succulent mix

Light: Bright, indirect sunlight; direct sunlight could burn stems

Watering: water deeply but infrequently; allowing soil to completely dry out between waterings
